Liverpool leapfrogged Manchester City at the top of the Premier League after claiming a 3-0 triumph over Bournemouth at Anfield. It was a game the Reds simply had to win with City facing Chelsea at home on Sunday and goals from Sadio Mane, Georginio Wijnaldum and Mohamed Salah was enough to put the pressure back on the champions.

Klopp speaking to @BBCMOTD "Wijnaldum didn't sleep in the team hotel last night. He had diarrhoea and vomiting two nights earlier so he couldn't come to the team hotel." #LFC— Neil Jones (@neiljonesgoal) February 9, 2019Wijnaldum’s illness was so bad that he didn’t actually stay in Liverpool’s team hotel as there was a fear he would infect his team-mates.And these Kopites took to Twitter to show their appreciation for their No.5.Below you can see some of the best tweets praising Wijnaldum from Liverpool fans.
