Tyler responded: “Can I first say how absolutely delighted I am to hear from David and he has maybe now opened the door for other players to ask questions about their own careers!“Now, as for the question itself, the four stops David made with his feet to help United beat Spurs 1-0 is indeed a record in the Premier League this season, beating the three that Bournemouth’s Asmir Begovic made in a 2-1 loss at Newcastle in November.”In total, De Gea made 11 saves in that match and came close to equalling his Premier League record of most saves in a match which is 14.Only Vito Mannone and Tim Krul share that record having also made the same number of stops.
