Unai Emery revealed Mesut Ozil’s omission from the Arsenal squad for the 2-0 defeat by Tottenham was due to tactical reasons.The German midfielder, who has been linked with a move away from the club, was left out of the matchday squad for the Carabao Cup tie and his future at the Emirates looks increasingly bleak.3

Tomorrow we are going to train with every player.“I am thinking about the match on Saturday and not thinking about another situation. Every player is important, I decided he didn’t play and it was only a tactical decision.”When asked whether he would be willing to sell Ozil in January, Emery was evasive and refused to rule it out.3
