However, replays showed that there was no serious contact from El Ghazi, and Dean Smith confirmed Villa will appeal the red card.“Without a shadow,” he said after the match. “I will be absolutely amazed if it’s not rescinded. We will appeal that. He doesn’t deserve it. We needed emotional control from everybody.”On Leeds’ contentious goal, Smith added: “Klich has apologised.
