The game was goalless and looked set for a penalty shootout when the Blues’ goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga picked up a knock and stand-in glovesman Willy Caballero readied himself to come on.However, Kepa refused to come off despite orders from Sarri and the Chelsea bench to leave the pitch. And Sarri, so calm even at a time where his status as manager at Stamford Bridge is under threat, truly lost it.He cut an extremely animated figure as the substitution failed to happen, slamming his fist on his seat before walking down the tunnel. He thought better of it and came back to give his players a team talk ahead of the penalty shootout at Wembley, which City ended up winning 4-3.But the final will be remembered over the years for this incredible incident. Below you can see how things unfolded.Kepa looks ready to come on9
